    We have been inundated with requests for briskets sold individually...you ask we answer. Perfect for the Spring and Summer get togethers. 
     
    The average bison brisket is around 8lbs and we charge $15 per lb. 
     
    Our briskets are sold by the lb. So the price here is an average weight price - your brisket may be more or less in value on the day.
