    This meat comes from the eye of round is 1st cured for 1 month in a brine solution and then air dried and pressed for a month...resulting in a delicious air dried meat, perfect thinly sliced on a charcuterie board. 


    This is sold in 335  packs, ready to be sliced as thick or thin as you require.
